Samson Ringo, a subsidiary of the SAMSON AG Group, is a manufacturer of valves for critical applications. Its activities include design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, certification, and commercialization in a global market, with approximately 85% of its production exported and an installed base in more than 90 countries worldwide.
The company operates spacious and modern facilities totaling more than 14,000 m², distributed between two manufacturing plants located in Empresarium and PTR, contemporary industrial areas in Zaragoza, Spain. Both facilities work in close coordination to ensure an efficient and integrated production process. Samson Ringo is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for the assembly, testing, and inspection of its valves.

Samson Ringo specializes in providing solutions for severe and critical applications across various markets, including Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical Industries, Industrial Gases, and Power Generation (Nuclear, Fossil, Combined Cycle, Hydroelectric, and Solar Thermal). For all these markets, Samson Ringo offers a wide range of on/off and control valves, as well as integrated systems such as desuperheaters and HIPPS.

History
Ringo Válvulas was founded in 2000 by the management team of Walthon Weir Pacific (WWP), a leading energy sector valve manufacturer in Spain, which supplied almost 80% of valves for Spanish nuclear power plants and had a significant international presence, mainly in Oil & Gas.
WWP ceased operations in 2002, but its experience and know-how became the driving force behind Ringo Válvulas. Thanks to the expertise of its team, Ringo Válvulas grew rapidly and is now the leading nuclear valve supplier in Spain, with a strong export focus. Today, Samson Ringo valves are installed in over 90 countries. Additionally, Samson Ringo acquired the legal rights to the WWP brand and technical documentation, enabling the company to supply spare parts for WWP valves regularly.
On August 1, 2013, Samson Ringo became part of the Samson Group, the largest industrial valve manufacturer in Europe. This milestone gave the company access to Samson’s global commercial network, present in over 40 countries, and significantly expanded and diversified its traditional markets.
