  • Compact Design: Low weight and reduced dimensions optimize installation space.
  • Seat Options: Soft or metallic seats selectable according to service requirements and fluid type.
  • Easy Automation: Low operating torque facilitates automation, allowing the use of more compact actuators.
  • High Cycle Frequency: Capable of frequent operation cycles without premature wear.
  • Varied Connections: Available in wafer, lug, or flanged connections for flexible installation.
  • Actuator Compatibility: ISO 5211 mounting for direct and simple actuator connection.
  • Effective Control: Moderate pressure drop during control service, maintaining flow efficiency.
  • Wide Pressure Range: Suitable for a broad range of pressures, up to ANSI 600.

Body Design

  • Available in wafer, lug, or flanged bodies, adaptable to various installation configurations.
  • Compact and lightweight design allows easy integration in systems with limited space.
  • Manufactured according to API 609 and EN 593 standards.
  • Available in concentric (for moderate pressures) or eccentric versions (double and triple offset) that provide better tightness and reduced wear.
  • Size range: DN 50 to DN 2000
  • Pressure ratings: Up to ANSI 600, depending on configuration.

Construction Materials

  • Body Materials: Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel (A216 WCB, A105), Stainless Steel (304, 316), Duplex and Super Duplex Alloys, Special Alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy).
  • Trim Materials (Internal): Disc in stainless steel, aluminum-bronze, duplex, or coated materials; Seats in elastomers (EPDM, NBR, Viton) or PTFE; Metallic seats (Stellite, Inconel) for high-performance designs; Shaft in stainless steel or special alloys, with reinforced seals.

Trim Design

  • Rotating disc acts as a shutter, with a seat ensuring sealing.
  • Soft seats (elastomer/PTFE) in concentric versions, metallic seats and eccentric design in high-performance versions.
  • Shaft sealed with packing or O-rings to prevent external leakage, available in explosion-proof configuration for critical applications.

Applications

  • Isolation and Control: Potable water systems, HVAC, and mining industry.
  • Water Treatment: Essential in water and effluent treatment systems.
  • Chemical Industry: Low- and medium-pressure services in chemical processing.
  • Severe Services: Triple-offset version ideal for steam and corrosive gases.
